Shipping

We typically ship orders within 2-7 business days of purchase.

For deliveries within Israel, please expect a timeframe of approximately 2-5 business days.

For international orders, please allow for a delivery timeframe of approximately 2-3 weeks.

Please note that the transit times provided by the shipping carriers are estimates only, and Gal Design cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping.

Returns

​

Art Prints: Each print is custom-made to order, which means that all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not accepted. However, if there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Frames: We offer exchanges or credit on frames within 14 days of purchase. Refunds on frames will be issued within 48 hours of purchase, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Exchange/return is only accepted for unused frames in their new condition.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or canceling a transaction.

Digital Files: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. However, if there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credit on deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.
