We offer worldwide shipping, allowing customers from all over the globe to enjoy our art prints.
We typically ship orders within 2-7 business days of purchase.
• Art Prints: Each print is custom-made to order, meaning all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not accepted. However, if there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
• Frames: We offer exchanges or credit on frames within 14 days of purchase. Refunds on frames will be issued within 48 hours of purchase, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Exchange/return is only accepted for unused frames in their new condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or canceling a transaction.
• Digital Files: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. However, if there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credit on deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.
Please contact us at gal@galdesignart.com (mailto:gal@galdesignart.com)within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
